Tanzania Relief Initiatives is committed to realise its vision and mission.  TRI is therefore determined to put in place a society that adheres to the rule of law, human and environmental rights, and sustainability practices that ultimately ensure sustainable development and improve the quality of life. It is vital to have a society that observes the rights of people and the environment, and values equity and fairness of vulnerable groups especially women, children, youth, and person with disabilities. This calls for much needed human and institutional capacity building; initiating and facilitating review and analysis of relevant policies and laws to ensure there are in place fair, supportive and effective legal frame-works for good governance, social justice and environmental sustainability; and ensuring effective decisions that are based on facts through facilitating and conducting research and consultancy works and sharing information and raise society awareness.
